Thelma G. (Levine) Wasserman

Thelma G. Wasserman (nee Levine), age 94, passed away on Wednesday October 14, 2020, at the Overlook Medical Center, Summit.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she has resided the past 52 years in Union. Ms. Wasserman worked as a legal secretary for the State of New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, Newark,  from 1971-1993. She was a member of the national Organization of Piano Teachers,  the National Organization of Women, and the Workmen’s Circle of New York.

Ms. Wasserman is survived by her daughter Carol Nagy and her husband Stephen; one son, David Waters; six grandchildren, Rachel DeNardo and her husband Tom, Stephen Nagy and his wife Karen, Faith Kain and her husband Isaac, Travis Waters, Christian Waters, and Fiona Quinn and her husband Aaron; 3 great grandchildren, Ingrid Rose Kain, Ryan Joseph DeNardo, and Isla Grace Kain.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Interment on Sunday October 18, 2020, at 10 am, at the King Solomon Memorial Park, Clifton. Arrangements are under the direction of the Parkway Wozniak Memorial Home 211 Westfield Avenue Clark, NJ 07066.
