Stanislaw Sasko

Stanislaw Sasko, age 65, passed away on Saturday August 7, 2021 at his residence.

Born in Jurowce, Poland, to Franciszek and Irena Sasko, he moved to the United States in 1993.  He resided in Union for several years, then moving to Springfield, where he lived for the past 19 years. Mr. Sasko worked for Form Cut Industries of Newark. From the time of his move to the United States, he was a parishioner of Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church, Irvington.

Mr. Sasko is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Elzbieta (nee Poraszka); two sons: Marek with his wife Agnieszka, and Fr. Maciej Sasko, a priest of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate; one sister, Elzbieta Ciupa; two brothers, Marek and Jerzy Sasko; two grandchildren Filip and Melania.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Visitation on Friday August 13, 2021 from 4-8 pm at the Parkway Wozniak Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, NJ 07066. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday August 14, 2021, at 9:30 am at the Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church, Irvington, NJ.  Interment at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, PA, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, kindly offer donations to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Building Fund 537 Grove St. Irvington, NJ 07111.
