Jozefa (Szeliga) Kopala

Jozefa Kopala (nee Szeliga), age 91, of Basking Ridge, passed away peacefully on Friday November 8, 2019 surrounded by family.

Born in Zagorzyce, Poland, to Wojciech and Antonina, she resided in Irvington for 35 years before moving to Basking Ridge 27 years ago. She worked on the assembly line for Westinghouse Electric Corporation of Bloomfield for many years.  Mrs. Kopala was a member of the Rosary Altar Society of Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church, Irvington.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral on Tuesday November 12, 2019, at 9:30 am, from the Parkway Wozniak Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, NJ, thence to Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church, Irvington, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 am. Interment, Hollywood Cemetery, Union. Visitation will be on Monday November 11, from 4- 8 pm. Kindly omit flowers.

Mrs. Kopala is predeceased by her beloved husband the late Stanislaw (1988) and her loving son Richard (2016). She is survived by one son Stanley Kopala and his wife Heidi; one sister Wladyslawa Cebula; three grandsons Adam, David, and Jack Kopala; three great grandchildren Ela-Sofia, Sebastian, and Olivia.
