JoAnne M. Sokolak (nee Bubniak), age 51, of Toms River, died on Monday December 24, 2018 at the Community Medical Center, Toms River.

Born in Livingston, Mrs. Sokolak lived in Old Bridge and most recently Toms River. She was a homemaker.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to the Funeral on Monday December 31, 2018, at 8:30 am, from the Parkway Wozniak Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, thence to Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church, Irvington where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 am. Cremation services are private. Visitation Sunday December 30, 2018 from 2-5 pm.

Mrs. Sokolak is survived by her beloved husband Dusan Sokolak; her parents Marian and Helen Bubniak; 1 brother Christopher M Bubniak and his wife Nicole; 1 godmother Zuina Kanarek; 1 nephew C.J. Bubniak; 1 niece Taylor Bubniak
