Alina (Rusol) Maciak

Alina Maciak (nee Rusol), age 91, passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 8, 2023, surrounded by her family at her home in Springfield.

Born in Poland in 1931, to Franciszek and Ewa Rusol, she emigrated to the United States to be with her children and bring joy to her family. Her love of her family was known to all. And her family loved her unconditionally. She was their kind, brave, caring and unimaginably generous mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and best friend.

Mrs. Maciak is predeceased by her beloved husband, the late Henryk Maciak; and her brother Modest Rusol. She is survived by her two loving children Marzenna (Maciak) Puszynski and Janusz Maciak; three grandchildren, her only granddaughter, Anetta (Puszynski) Burdzy and her husband Mark as well as her grandsons, Lukasz and Arkadiusz Maciak; her two great-grandchildren Alexandra and Jack Burdzy; and one sister Maria (Rusol) Wojtas.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday March 11, 2023, at 10:30 am, at the Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church, Irvington. Interment, Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, PA. Arrangements are under the direction of the Parkway Wozniak Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, NJ 07066.
