Holmdel – Walter Geslak, husband, father grandfather, brother, businessman and friend passed away on September 8, 2017.
Visitation will be held on Friday 1-4 & 6-9 PM at the Parkway Wozniak/ Krowicki Gorny Memorial Homes 211 Westfield Ave, Clark, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St Casimir’s RC Church 91 Pulaski St, Newark on Saturday 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery in Doylestown PA .Buses will be provided leaving from the Funeral Home on Saturday morning to the Church, Cemetery and returning to the Funeral Home following a repast at Our Lady of Czestochowa.
Born in Poland, Walter immigrated to the United Stated in 1959 to pursue the “American Dream”. Walter met and married the love of his life, Wanda and had two sons together. In 1967 he founded Evans Machine and Tool Co fulfilling his dream and passion to be his own boss. Throughout his life he helped others by donating his time and money to charitable causes. He held many positions in various organizations such as the Polish Falcons of America, Polish Cultural Foundation, Z.P.A., Semper Fidelis (which he founded) and St Casimir’s Church. In Lieu of flowers please consider making a charitable contribution to St. Casimir’s RC Church or Semper Fidelis.
Walter is survived by his beloved wife Wanda, his sons Michael and his wife Tina and Tom and his wife Donna, his grandchildren Monika, Matthew, Gabriella, Stefanie, Katherine, Valerie and Karoline and his sister Stella Jarosz.
