Zenon Szymanik

Zenon Szymanik, age 69, passed away on Thursday April 13, 2023, at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston.

Born in Ognica, Poland, to Tadeusz and Stefania Szymanik, he resided in Newark, Irvington and most recently in Union for the past 25 years. He worked as a machinist for the American Products Co. of Union for many years. Zen was a quiet and kind man with a big heart and a provider to our family. He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his mother, Stefania; three brothers, Jan and his wife Hanna, Richard and his wife Leysa, Lester and his wife Agnieszka; six nieces and nephews, Renee, Robert, Thomas, Michael, Alex and Julia.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Visitation on Monday April 17, 2023, from 6:30-8:30 pm, at the Parkway Wozniak Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, NJ 07066. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday April 18, 2023, at 10 am, at the Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church, Irvington. Interment, Our Lady of Czestochowa, Doylestown, PA. In lieu of flowers, kindly offer donations to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Building Fund 537 Grove Street Irvington, NJ 07111.
