Josephine Paprocki

Josephine Paprocki, 87, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Senior Home in Woodbridge. Mrs. Paprocki was born in Newark, NJ to Peter and Stella (Marek) Wisniewski. She was a former member of the Rosary Society at St. Casmir’s Church and belonged to several senior clubs.  She lived most of her life in Newark, NJ and then became a resident of Colonia, NJ for 25 years.

Mrs. Paprocki was the beloved wife of the late Albin Paprocki, devoted mother of Christine Sierant and her late husband, Walter, Catherine Goodheart and her husband, David, cherished grandmother of Jennifer Martins, and her husband, Manuel, Michael Sierant and his wife, Kari, Catherine Carroll Goodheart and Colleen Goodheart and her special treasures, her great-grandchildren, Alexis, Christina and Christian. Also surviving are her brother, Peter Wisniewski and wife, Mary and her sister, Florence Baran and husband, John.  She was predeceased by her sister, Lottie Tuma .

She worked for RCA in Harrison, NJ for most of her life and ended her career as a school aide in Newark, NJ before retiring.

Visitation will be at Parkway Wozniak Memorial Home, 211 Westfield Ave., Clark on Monday from 4-7PM. The funeral will be from the funeral home on Tuesday at 8:45am then to St. John Vianney Church for a Mass at 9:30AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her memory to St. Joseph’s Nursing Home, 1-3 St. Joseph’s Terrace, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
